So... I managed to get to Oklahoma City safe and sound. After 21-hours of flight and many hours of transit, I'm finally here!!!!! It's 3.50am here but it feels like it's 10pm.. The flight was so damn boring.. It was comfortable but how much can u do in a flight for 4+13+4 hours?? Watch Blood Diamond twice, Casino Royale twice, and repeated sessions of Just For Laugh Gags which after 2365316 times of watching the same gag, it just looks so disgusting. Hahaha.. But whatever coz I'm here!!
Oh at the airport, a desperate cab driver was called on by the police for harassing us. Hahaha.. I thought it was quite funny! We were waiting for the yellow cab coz we had a yellow cab voucher and this blue cab driver insisted that we were cheated and insisted on sending us to the residency. It was this energizer never-say-die attitude. "I will drive you! I'm doing u a favor! I will drive u guys for free!" LOL. Another cab driver told the desperate driver off and said "I will call the police and tell them u want to kidnap these kids!" HAHAHA.. It was super drama lah!!! Our yellow cab driver knew the guy was desperate and we were all laughing about it in the cab.
Oh and just now we saw a helicopter in the sky with their big spotlight searching for someone! It looked so movie-ish!!! We all rushed out and took photos.. Lol.. It was like one of those action movies where the bad guy is running and the cops are in the helicopter chasing them and torching them with their spotlight.
And when we checked in, I got a note from one of my crazy classmates. "Ayu we miss your nonsense!" Hahahahaha.. I was in my half-conscious state at the counter and going like "Huh.. note?" Thanks ah!
Hmm.. let's see what's around this Marriott Residence Inn. Across the road, we have a strip club, a little up the road we have some eateries and other antique looking shops sparsely spaced out along the road. We basically aren't really in a hip and happening neighborhood or anything like that.. In the middle of a quite bare land. Haha...
Everyone's sleeping and I'm the only one up and staring at the stairs that lead up to my room. Ahh... Lots of stairs.. Hahaha.. The whole unit is actually carpeted! It's nice!!! Will take pictures tomorrow and post them up.
