Lose Weight

ALoHa!!

Courtesy of my colleague, Wija, who lost 33kg in 6 months. I can't post the pictures here, but it's a hugeeee difference. So here goes...


HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT IN 6 MONTHS:

1. No rice, no potatoes, basically NO CARBS.
2. YES MEAT, VEGETABLES, & MILK
3. 45 mins of treadmill everyday (how he does this, I do not know.. lol)


And yes these were all he did for 6 months. Carbs are the culprit. And we all thought it was meat.
