Escape
The lovely voice singing to me
Tiny drum beats in the background
Close my eyes
Shut the noise
And let the music escape through my ears
Make an escapade to my little paradise
When everything else seems to go wrong
The only place I can cry without anyone else watchin'
Where the world is quiet filled with my only sobs
It's where I run to, it's where I stay for the night
My little paradise, my little dream, my little escape
Fly away with the beautiful music
Hop my mind along with the rhythm
Ignoring everything else in between
If only I could stay forever
But the escape is only for a while
The cold reality keeps calling me back home
It drags me away from here,
As I sadly wave goodbye to my little paradise.
