What a nice day!
Went for job interview with LV today and bloody hell it was some survey job.. The guy told us we had to just invite people to come to some exhibition. And we thought "can't possibly just simply invite and then we get paid right?" And he refused to tell us the exact thing we had to do.. It was kinda like he said oh you'll go training and they'll tell you more.. So stupid.. Me and LV just walked out. Lucky I went with LV coz I've never worked before I didn't even know how to fill in the interview form can!!!!
"Eh, the pay u put how much ah?
Then the weekend tick only one ah?
Then this one leh?"
LOL.. Laugh all you want. Laugh lah! Laugh lah!
We were stopped by this survey guy outside Heeren coz we were unlucky enough to be waiting for the light to turn green. Hmmph! So we agreed to be surveyed just to shut him up.. It was some job thingy, and they asked about expected salary blah blah blah.. And then the light turned green and we crossed. And then and then AND THEN!!! When we got to the other side of the road, we saw the same guy!!! I was like, "Eh! Isn't this the guy from just now???" And then we looked across the road and the same guy was there! What the freak! They were twins!! Hahahaha!
Anyways, shopped around for canvas shoes for the Jamie Cullum competition but couldn't find those super cheap ones.. So I called my mum and asked her to get for me from wherever.. My mum's good at finding super cheap stuff!! Yay mummy!!! She got white canvas shoes for $9.90..
Then LV and I went to Art Friend at Taka and bought some art and deco stuff.. They sell such cute things! I shall get stencils for the wall in my new room there... I ended up wanting to buy a lot of crazy stuff and I realised that my shoes would look really tacky! Hahaha.. LV kept staring at me when I picked something quirky and she said"That?!" Lol!
Anyways, don't think I'm gonna win the competition but I just applied coz then at least I tried. I hate the feeling of "Ah!! I could've won that! I wished I joined!" Regrets are never good..
So then we met up with Joanna at Orchard MRT and we headed for our piercing at Bits and Pieces.. I almost chickened out! Hahaha! I was supposed to pierce the top of my ear but then my ears are a little weirded at the top so it wouldn't be nice anyways.. Thank god the lady was a big help with my decision. So settled for a third hole at the bottom instead.
Wasn't as painful as I thought. My previous one was more painful. LV I hope your ears are doing fine..
We had dinner at Swensen's.. I had Burger King earlier, so I wasn't that hungry. Settled for Peachie Smoothie. Yummy!! Joanna had tuna salad, and LV had chicken baked rice. She almost had black pepper seafood pasta! Hahaha.. Then she remembered and was like "Damn!" Oh well...
We had fun, laughed like mad.. I'm like Pringles; Once I pop, I can't stop! Hahahahaha!!!
